Quality design takes time; from our experience, 3 months is the minimum to dive deep and deliver real impact. In that time, we won’t promise to build a rocket, but we will design an MVP tailored to your needs without deadline pressure, redesign an existing product (depending on its scale), or build a scalable design system.
If we have enough capacity, we can take on the project. However, the cost remains the same, as all hours will be utilized within a shorter timeframe. Payment is expected over the standard three-month period.
To test the waters of our partnership, we offer a free 3-day trial. You’ll get 9 hours of work from our dedicated designer and project manager. Whether you need a small redesign, rebrand, audit, or feature design – it’s your call! If we are the right fit, we’ll help you choose the perfect subscription plan and get rolling.
Sure, you can cancel any time, just let us know a month in advance. You’ll only be charged for the work already completed. Since we don’t require upfront payments, refunds don’t apply.

Yes! Unused hours roll over for up to 3 months. However, your monthly subscription hours are always used first. If you’ve accumulated too many rollover hours, we can help you downgrade your plan to maximize them.
