Many people find traditional crypto exchange and online converter designs complex and off-putting. Obmify set out to create a service that would be convenient, intuitive, and easily recognizable, aiming to provide an enjoyable user experience. In a highly competitive market, our challenge was to change the game by offering a design system and interface to make online exchanges transparent and easy to establish a strong connection with users.

Our team carefully curated the features for Obmify's platform, focusing on essential functionality to meet user needs and ensure a smooth interaction with the platform and exchange process. We streamlined the exchange process to require no more than three clicks, making it effortless.

Additionally, we designed criteria for selecting exchange partners based on factors such as best exchange rates, minimal fees, availability of specific cryptocurrencies, security levels, and other user-defined preferences, a calculator for precise sums, sorting exchanges based on limits, and mobile-friendly convenience. This is something their competitors don’t offer.

Creating a trading company website design demands a meticulous approach, a journey guided by a series of strategic stages. At Spaceberry, crafting Obmify's journey involved a strategic blend of creativity, market insights, and user-centric design principles. Of course, we started with market analysis and defining the target audience. We researched direct and indirect competitors. In addition to analyzing their functional advantages and disadvantages, we studied their communication and the relationships between competitors and the market audience.

We studied the needs of competitors' clients and searched for new potential segments of the target audience. We talked to people about their problems with existing services, conducting surveys and in-depth interviews to find interesting insights that we could use when developing a strategy.

Engaging with stakeholders provided invaluable insights into Obmify's core objectives and user demographics. Leveraging this feedback, we crafted detailed user personas that encapsulated the diverse needs and preferences of our target audience. These personas served as guiding beacons throughout the design process, shaping every aspect of Obmify's user experience.

We wanted a name for our platform that would be both understandable and tech-savvy. We chose "Obmify," combining the Ukrainian translation of the word "exchange" with the familiar "-fy" ending often seen in startup names.

A comprehensive competitive analysis allowed us to identify key strengths and weaknesses in existing exchange monitoring services. Armed with this knowledge, we conceptualized a visually compelling logo for Obmify that encapsulated the brand's values of trust, innovation, and accessibility.

In-depth interviews with potential users provided invaluable insights into their pain points, preferences, and communication styles. Drawing from this understanding, we crafted a nuanced communication strategy rooted in clarity, empathy, and humor. This approach fostered authentic connections with users and instilled a sense of trust in the Obmify brand.

We brought Obmify's brand character to life through captivating animations, enhancing engagement and conversion rates. Additionally, our social media engagement strategy facilitated active interaction with the audience, building trust and soliciting valuable feedback. Our communication style on social platforms remained consistent with our overall tone of voice — friendly, open, and approachable.

We put great emphasis on branding and market positioning, but our greatest strength lies in our user-friendly interface compared to our competitors. We have meticulously worked on UX and built the UI following our brand identity. 

As a result, we have achieved a convenient, intuitive, and recognizable service that customers enjoy using. We believe a smooth and enjoyable user experience is essential in establishing a solid connection with our audience and setting ourselves apart in the market.

To maintain brand consistency and streamline development, we developed a comprehensive style guide and component library. These resources served as a blueprint for designers and developers, ensuring cohesion across all touchpoints of the Obmify experience and greatly simplifying the development process.
